Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage: We currently only accept orders from North America through our website. If you're located outside of North America, please email us at orders@clubriante.com to inquire about available shipping options and delivery fees.

2. Shipping to North America

Processing Time: We usually ship orders within 3-5 business days after it’s confirmed

Shipping Costs:

  • Canada: Flat 10 CAD on all orders below 150 CAD

  • United States: Flat 15 CAD for orders below 150 CAD

  • Mexico: Flat 20 CAD on orders below 150 CAD

  • Customs: U.S. and Mexican shipments may incur custom duties and taxes charged by your local government. This will be borne by you at the time of delivery. To avoid surprises, we suggest that you contact your local customs office and get an estimate of the duties.

Returns: We offer free returns on orders within North America. For more details, please read our return policy below

4. Shipping Carriers: We partner with major carriers, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, Canada Post and Purolator

5. Tracking Information: We provide tracking on all shipped orders, although there may be one-off cases when we’re unable to for reasons beyond our control

6. Lost or Damaged Orders: If your package is lost or damaged, please reach us at orders@clubriante.com. In case of damage, include photos of the box and product. We may need you to share these details with our insurance provider, in case we need to file a claim

7. Shipping Delays: You will receive tracking details for your order. If you notice discrepancies or delays, please alert us, and we’ll coordinate with the shipping provider to resolve the issue

8. Signature Confirmation: We may require signature confirmation for all or some of our orders

Return Policy

1. Return Cost & Window: We offer Free returns on all North American orders if you notify us within 14 days of receipt

2. Return Conditions: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return

3. Non-Returnable Items: Sale and clearance items are non-returnable

4. Initiating a Return: To start a return, please email us at returns@clubriante.com

5. Processing Time for Returns: Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return. We issue a full refund once we confirm that the products are in their original condition

6. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

7. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order

8. Defective or Damaged Items: All items are quality-checked before shipping. In the off-chance that you receive a defective or damaged item, we will offer you a free and prompt return. We request that you share photos of the damage to help us understand the cause and improve our service
